Payment Methods

You may register online and note payment will be made via EFT (bank transfer). A tax invoice will be generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation letter for payment to be made within 14 days. Bank details for payment can be found at the bottom of the invoice.

All bank fees incurred with EFT, whether international or national, are at the depositor's expense.

Please use your name as the reference.

To ensure prompt reconciliation please forward a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the Congress Office.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted. From Friday 18 April 2025 onwards, all online registration must be paid in full by credit card.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after completing the registration form. Please check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made by accessing your registration details using the link in your registration confirmation email. For any queries, please contact the Congress Office.
