Wellness Activities

The Congress is pleased to offer the opportunity for delegates to take some time for themselves and their wellbeing within the Congress schedule. 

The program will feature a walking tour and yoga session each morning. You can register for these activities via the registration form. Places are strictly limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking early to ensure you don’t miss out.

In addition to the below, delegates can relax and unwind with a massage at the massage station in the exhibition, open during catering breaks from Thursday to Saturday.

Walking Tour

Date: Thursday 22, Friday 23 and Saturday 24 May
Time: 0615-0715hrs
Location: Participants should meet underneath the eastern (city) side of the Pyrmont Bridge – click here to view the location on Google maps.
Cost: $10 inc GST per person

Explore some of Sydney's sights and stories with your friendly and knowledgeable local walking tour guide. The tours will depart from (and return to) Darling Harbour with a different route and sights each day.

Yoga

Starting off with a morning yoga class has numerous benefits including raising your energy levels and improving concentration. It is a great way to awaken the mind and brings a vibrancy to the body to set you on a great path for your day ahead.
